Calm Preschoolers

The 3 Day Preschoolers were fortunate to have Chrissy Mignogna visit our classrooms and lead our Preschoolers in yoga.  Chrissy is a yoga instructor who loves working with children.  She helped the children learn techniques to calm their bodies.

Preschool Gardening!

The 3 Day Class had the wonderful opportunity to pick flowers from our HiC garden that the children planted last Spring!  Thank you Sandy Gross (our resident gardener) for teaching the children the joys of gardening!

Señora Irma Steelman

Our Preschoolers are so lucky to have Señora Steelman as our Spanish teacher.  Señora is a native Spanish speaker, being born and educated in Guatemala, Central America.

       This week the children we will focus on letters, numbers, and meeting our new friends!

Play, Explore, and Create!

Our Preschoolers have been very busy the first two weeks of school.  Our theme for the year is "Share Your Light".  We will learn how to share the light of Jesus through play, exploration, and creating!

Stay, Play, and Learn!

Every day our Preschoolers have the opportunity to Stay, Play, and Learn after Lunch Pals.  We have daily journal time, author chat, free play, and outdoor play.  

The Block Party!

The block party was a huge success!  Thank you to all the preschool families who joined in the fun.  Did you see Mr. Peterson in the dunk tank?  He is so brave!  We will have to get Mrs. Kenney in there next year!!

We are excited to start the school year tomorrow!  Thank you for sharing your child with us.  We look forward to a fantastic year!
